The City of Antwerp has established Brand Portals for our 120 city agencies. Each authority orders products in their own corporate style. Prindustry has unlocked all options for printing, sign and freelancers. It is a fully automated solution for requesting quotes, ordering products, forwarding orders and invoicing. Remarkably, Prindustry was also able to integrate the financial flow with SAP. SAP is linked to the portals via an API connection. This connection turned out extremely well.

Printed matter for the government

A Brandportal is an all-in-one communication platform. Including a webshop. Very convenient for printing! Each user gets their own login for an account in the platform. Here they can order printed materials for their communications. Brochures, flags, business cards or banners.

The orders automatically go into production. Repeat orders are entered in smoothly based on the order history. The software offers all modules for print orders: modules for quotes, invoicing, accounting, product information, inventory, payments or budget. You can add your own suppliers, but it is also possible to connect the portal with renowned print producers through the Prindustry Marketplace.
