Prindustry offers an innovative platform that connects print producers and resellers. Within the platform you can easily build, calculate and manage your assortment. This way you have all product data, calculations and files around your print sales in one central platform. Sales and procurement take place in the Marketplace. As a result, the platform makes it easier to do business with anyone in the printing market.
Catalog: Compiling assortments
What is unique is that every print provider can build, calculate and offer its assortment via the platform – all without requiring technical IT knowledge. There are flexible “boxes & options” that allow you to easily build your product catalog. The system standardizes all product data, making graphic products easily accessible to the entire market. This is how the Prindustry Platform makes your assortment available to a broad target group.
Calculation: Estimating assortments
The Prindustry Platform provides an advanced estimating module that lets print providers make pricing calculations. By entering the specifications of all your machines, you make exact calculations and keep control of product pricing. You can also calculate products on all different components. Price changes are made automatically to ensure the offer is always up to date. Resellers may add margins to the standard prices before reselling the range.
Marketplace: Sharing assortments
Tens of graphics suppliers already offer their assortments through the Marketplace on the Prindustry Platform, such as Probo, Control Media, Inpromo, Oblé and Print.com. As a result, the platform currently contains more than one million graphic product combinations, such as for flyers, stationery, business cards, labels, pens and banners. The selection criteria for joining the Marketplace are best price, unique features or fast delivery times.

Marketplace: Buy and sell assortments
Purchasing and selling assortments through the Prindustry Platform is easy. Resellers view the assortment by product type or supplier and select the desired products. After requesting the product range from the supplier, the assortment is added to the Prindustry reseller’s platform. They can then add these products into their webshop for sale and/or can purchase the products directly from the order management system. Orders from customers are automatically forwarded to the correct producer.

The platform is one central system for efficiently processing, shipping and invoicing orders. Quote management
From the platform, you are able to easily and quickly issue professional quotations based on the producers’ current prices and specifications. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, you can add product information and prices in no time, ensuring that you can present an attractive proposal to customers.
System integrations
Thanks to the integrated modules within the platform, you are able to connect the entire workflow for the printing process. The platform can be connected to various systems. MIS / ERP solutions, purchase-to-Pay systems or financial software, such as Twinfield, AFAS, Exact, SAP or Gripp.
Release Q4 2024: Assortment via API
From Q4 2024, print providers will be able to make their assortment available to both resellers and external parties via API. The new Prindustry platform provides standardized product data, making it possible for print providers to make their assortment accessible to the entire market. Thanks to these API links and uniform data, print assortments are efficiently shared globally for the first time.
