Are you not (completely) satisfied with the purchased product or service from Prindustry? Send us an email at info@prindustry.com. We will look for a suitable solution together with you. You can expect a response to your complaint within 48 hours. The maximum response time that we use is 14 days.

Do you have a question or comment about the operation of the system? Then create a ticket by sending an email to support@prindustry.com. The ticket will be picked up within 48 hours according to the SLA.
