Brand Portal for the Automotive

The Brand Portal provides one central source for managing, creating and ordering all of a company’s communication products. A main administrator determines all settings for the various users.

Several modules can be added. A wallet module to assign budgets to the various users. Or a stock module to be able to show the available stock of some products. The reservation module even allows you to lend certain products to the different car locations. Like exhibition stands or promotional materials. A Single Sign On ensures that you log into various systems at once.

Flexible design templates allow users to customize the materials themselves. Certain corporate identity elements are fixed, such as colors or fonts. Within these frameworks, they can vary texts or images. Employees can thus create marketing materials in the right corporate style in no time. They no longer need to call on head office or a designer.

The output is any desired file for print or web.

Printed matter can be ordered directly from affiliated suppliers. There is a webshop module in which users can order printed matter. You are able to set up the webshop to contain exactly the right print combinations. As headquarters, you have the option of pre-selecting certain product combinations.

The Brand Portal processes all print orders fully automatically all the way to the supplier. Invoices are automatically forwarded to your accounting environment.
