Quotation module

Dynamic quoting is a custom option within the platform. Users easily request quotes from multiple print partners through the portal. Suppliers can respond, propose alternatives, or accept the request. Once a quote is selected, the other suppliers are automatically notified. The order confirmation is then sent to both the user and the selected supplier.

User management

The platform features advanced role and permission management. Administrators can flexibly configure the system per location, team or individual user. You define what each user can see and which actions they are allowed to take — such as placing orders without approval or viewing specific products. Each user receives an account with personal login credentials, linked to the permissions assigned to them.

Information security
