2025 was a year of sharpening our focus and deepening our development at Prindustry. From solid strides with Platform 3.0 to new collaborations across the print supply chain. We’ll soon be announcing several of these exciting partnerships with print industry partners.
In a year where processes and technologies grow ever more complex, we continue to believe in one core principle: connection makes work simpler. That’s why we connect every process within one streamlined platform for efficient print communication.
Time and again, we see: connection makes the difference — whether it’s integrating systems, enabling team collaboration, or improving workflows together with our partners.
The building blocks of 2025
This year, we worked hard on further developing our platform. With the introduction of Platform 3.0, we laid a solid foundation for the future.
We’re proud to share some of the first results:
- Communication professionals now have access to a complete ERP system for print management, fully tailored to the workflow from quote to invoice.
- More and more print producers are building their own online catalogs. They calculate their product range based on their own machine specifications and make it available for sale via the renewed Marketplace.
- The order and quote flow has been significantly expanded. You can now send a quote request to multiple suppliers in one go — fully automated.
- We also introduced the Media Manager: a secure, central cloud-based hub for all types of files — from product images and templates to technical drawings. These files can be directly connected to your orders or quotes.
Not finished yet, but well on our way
Let’s be honest — not everything is done. Platform 3.0 is a large-scale project, and that takes time. Time to develop, test, explain, and adopt. A full rollout doesn’t happen overnight.
