Als designer ontwikkelt zij visuele identiteiten voor bedrijven. In de loop der jaren ontdekte ze dat ze met automatisering haar klanten nog beter kan ondersteunen. Vanuit Alkmaar richtte zij zich op het ontwikkelen van visuele identiteiten. Gaandeweg kwam het idee van automatiseren steeds vaker bij haar op. \u201cHet gebeurde regelmatig dat een klant overwoog de huisstijl te restylen, omdat ze vonden dat die er niet meer goed uitzag. De huisstijl was echter meestal niet het probleem, maar het consequent doorvoeren ervan wel! Het komt veel bedrijven vast bekend voor: medewerkers knutselen zelf iets in elkaar, bijvoorbeeld in Canva. Het lijkt voor velen een tegenstrijdig idee: als vormgever ontwerpen laten automatiseren. \u201cDat is vaak ook een eerste reactie van de designers bij opdrachtgevers. Dan zet ik samen met de klant op een rijtje wat ze nu uitgeven aan alle interne en externe vormgevers en marketeers. Denken ze dat ze met geautomatiseerde templates saaie ontwerpen krijgen? Dan zorgen we dat ze meerdere varianten krijgen per template. Er is bijna altijd wel een brandportal die past bij de wensen en het budget van het bedrijf.
