For example, Prindustry ensures that only the necessary persons have access to your data and that access to your personal data is protected.

All Prindustry servers are located within the EU borders and comply with GDPR legislation. All web shops run on Prindustry’s own web servers that are completely separate from other companies. Every webshop has a valid SSL certificate. By using an SSL certificate, all data is sent encrypted. Authentication data is stored in the database and in backups. Backups are stored in a protected environment in the data center.

Confidentiality & Disclosure to Third Parties

Prindustry handles your personal data confidentially. Prindustry does not provide the personal data that Prindustry collects (on the website) to third parties for direct marketing purposes of these parties.

Prindustry only shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. Prindustry concludes a Processor Agreement with companies that process your data in an order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

As Processor

Prindustry is the Processor for the web portal customers. Prindustry does not determine the purpose and means of processing the personal data in these web portals. Personal data is processed on behalf of the Controller. Prindustry merely stores and sends the data. Personal data is processed on behalf of the Controller, the web portal owner.

The WhiteLabelShop (webshop) owner is the Controller, because they enter the personal data or have them entered and determine the purpose and means. When a web portal owner uses the connections in the platform to producers to manufacture the webshop products, these producers are the Subprocessors, because they receive the personal data for a specific purpose, namely the production and sending of an order. All suppliers who offer products through the Prindustry platform have received contracts that guarantee the security of personal data through the platform. By signing the Subprocessor Agreement, suppliers indicate that they are taking appropriate measures to protect personal data. This gives WhiteLabelShop holders the assurance that they will handle the personal data they receive for an order through the Prindustry platform with care. WhiteLabelShop owners can see in the backend in their webshop, in the Prindustry Marketplace, which suppliers have signed the agreement by the green GDPR tick.

All details of the Subprocessors and recipients of data are logged in the Prindustry Processing Register. If you have any questions about the details, you can email Jolanda van Drie at Jolanda@prindustry.nl.
